This becomes relevant to the issue of the status of saliva as a מכשיר לקבלת טומאה. May one extend his neck into another Reshus and drinking? What if he uses a receptacle? What is the statue of a גת (winepress) regarding generating an Issur טבל, i.e. an אכילת קבע?
