Description

Shiur #4 of a series on "Halakha in the Era of COVID." In this installment, we analyze some of the sources surrounding the debate as to whether Tefillah B'Tzibbur is obligatory or not. After surveying some of the classical sources on this question, including a responsum of Rabbi Moshe Feinstein, we compare the presentations of R' Asher Weiss and Rabbi Yosef Tzvi Rimon and consider what impact their audience had on their presentation of the Halakhic sugya.
