Masechet Eruvin 81b-82a, can one set up an Eruv or a Shituf on behalf of the other residents in the courtyard without their knowledge? What if Reuvein gives money to the baker and asks the latter to set up a loaf of bread as an Eruv? What if the baker was appointed as his agent?
