Masechet Eruvin live 62, does the residence of a non-Jew in the חצר generate an Issur on the Jewish resident in that חצר, and does it matter if there was only one Jewish resident or two? We will introduce a new גזירה - an enactment whose goal is to make it unattractive for a Jew to take up residence with a non-Jew since the Rabbanan prohibit the Jew from carrying from his house into the חצר. What is the law if the resident that generates the prohibition is away for Shabbos?; Why does the non-Jew hesitate to rent his rights to the חצר to his Jewish neighbor?
