Description

Masechet Eruvin Live 52, the controversy regarding a "remote" Eruv Techumin where he was קונה שביתה with a declaration here for a distant location. We will study two approaches to the debate between R' Yehuda & R' Meir. The two conditions required to validate a 'remote' Eruv: he was on his way, and furthermore his friend stopped him on the way. One who left the תחום but is very close to the outskirts of the city.
