Masechet Eruvin Live 44, more about creating a human מחיצה, is it a valid Mechitza to replace a דופן of a Succah, and is it permissible to create this Mechitza on Shabbos or Yom Tov? We will see the distinction between creating a new Mechitza on Shabbos as opposed to adding to a temporary Mechitza on Shabbos. The latter pertains to the case of adding a shutter to close a window on Shabbos. Is there a difference between human who are aware of their role as a Mechitza as opposed to those who are unaware?; the Sugya of one who left his תחום based on the guidelines of the Chachamim, may he return to his original תחום? This will lead to the issue of הבלעת תחומין.
