Description

Masechet Eruvin 76a, a window in a wall between two חצירות, is the window which is below 10 טפחים a 'connector' between the two חצירות such that the two can join in an Eruv? The low window breaks up the status of the wall as a מחיצה which separates the two חצירות. Rebby Yochanan addresses the issue of a round window. How much of the round window must be below 10 Tefachim?
