Masechet Eruvin 68b, the Halachik status of the Sadducee and how it impacts on the law of Eruv Chatzeros if this צדוקי shares with other Jews ownership rights in the common Chatzer. We will discuss the following issue: Can one who was מבטל his rights in the חצר revoke his ביטול? Furthermore, can the Jewish people in that חצר actively acquire ownership rights in the חצר following the ביטול of the מבטל and thereby render the ביטול irrevocable such that there will be no possibility of במטל rescinding his ביטול?
