Description

Masechet Eruvin Live 7, accepting any view that is lenient or anyone's opinion לחומרא; accepting two rulings that are logically mutually exclusive; Naharda'ah that accepted two stringincies and reconciling these two חומרות. The laws of an incomplete body as far as both Tumas Mes and Tereifos. The ruling of Rav that a מבוי עקום is classified as מפולש. The ruling of Shmuel that a מבוי מפולש requires more than a צורת הפתח, i.e. דלתות like Chananya. The double contradiction between R' Yehuda and Rav. The former ruled that a מבוי הכלה ברחבה אינו צריך כלום. The latter ruled that מבוי הנפרץ לחצר, מבוי אסור וחצר מותר
