Masechet Eruvin 38b, if the עירוב takes effect at the beginning of the new day, i.e. after חשיכהon Friday night, why shouldn't he be able to use the wine in the לגין as an עירוב and even though the wine is in a utensil that is a טבול יום the תרומת מעשר will be חל at night simultaneous with his עירוב.
