Why are there 2 parshiyos of nevua - in Re'eh and in Shoftim? Why are בל תוסיף and בל תגרע repeated in this context? And why did Rambam write (in his הקדמה לפירוש המשנה) that these topics are central to our emuna/religion if no Jew has heard directly from a navi in around 2.5 thousand years??
