״וַיִּתְיַצְּבוּ בְּתַחְתִּית הָהָר״, מְלַמֵּד שֶׁכָּפָה עֲלֵיהֶם אֶת הָהָר כְּגִיגִית, וְאָמַר לָהֶם: אִם אַתֶּם מְקַבְּלִים הַתּוֹרָה מוּטָב, וְאִם לָאו — שָׁם תְּהֵא קְבוּרַתְכֶם. Why "שם" and not "כאן" or "פה"? This question , along with the seeming contradiction of נעשה ונשמע vs. כָּפָה עֲלֵיהֶם אֶת הָהָר כְּגִיגִית , addressed in Rav Rosner's פרשת יתרו Sichas Chaim.
