Description

Masechet Eruvin 36b, the validity of an עירוב תחומין whose validity rests upon ברירה, we will only find out on Shabbos when the חכם comes from either the East or the West. The controversy between Chachomim and Rebby Yehuda. The Beraisa of Ayo attributing to R' Yehuda the view that לא אמרינן ברירה. The additional evidence that Rebby Yehuda rejects ברירה from a Beraisa regarding buying wine from the כותים. Today's הפרשה will be determined tomorrow. The case of two יולדות and a common קן, a pair of birds, one of each pair is an Oleh, the other a חטאת.
