Masechet Eruvin 36a, the status of an Eruv that becomes valid at the moment of בין השמשות, and during the transitional period the Eruv changed from טבל to תרומה. Or from חולין to הקדש. Much of this depends upon the principle of חזקה to determine ספיקות. We will discuss the principle of סוף היום קונה עירוב.
