Aruch ha-Shulchan and Rav Soloveichik on 2nd beracha (according to Rabbeinu Tam) relating to the larger impact of tefillin (and especially of tefillin shel rosh). Also - other berachos which may be birchos shevach (Torah, eirusin, shechita) and another double bircas ha-mitzva (mila, especially according to Avudarham quoted by Beis Yosef); 2 approaches to "Baruch Shem" following hanachas tefillin.
