Description

On the 13th of Elul, 5702 (August 26, 1942), the Germans issued an decree prohibiting gathering for Tefilla and Torah. Rav Oshry continued to teach Torah secretly and clandestine Minyanim met as well. One of the participants asked Rav Oshry: was he obligated to risk his life to join the Torah and Tefilla?
