Description

What is the connection between the first half of Pinchas (dramatic narrative, largely preparing for entry into Eretz Yisrael) and the second half (halachos of temidin u-musafin, the korbanos brought daily/weekly/monthly/annually in the mikdash)? What connection did Chida find between the Rama's "two temidin", the word 'tamid' at the very beginning and very end of Orach Chaim? ... and what does all of this have to do with our lives as Jews??
