According to Shulchan Aruch a clean chulent potato (cooked with meat) does not require a 6 hour wait before partaking of cheese. But if that potato falls into milk the meat flavor has the status of meat and is able to create a real meat & milk prohibition. Additionally the Rema says nat bar nat of meat does not make you Fleishic. Does a davar charif change that leniency?
