Daf Yomi B'Iyun Shabbat 11b, the tailor and his sowing needle late on Friday afternoon. Is he holding the needle or is it pinned onto his lapel? This depends upon two interdependent issues: One, is there a חיוב חטאת in the case of the pinned needle?; and Two, if not, would there be room for an enactment of a גזירה לגזירה?
