Masechet Bava Metzia 14b: what compensation can the לוקח hope to get when the seller sold him a stolen field? Rav says the לוקח can demand full compensation, including שבח. Shmuel holds that all לוקח can expect is the sale price to the exclusion of שבח. Does the לוקח have recourse to collect compensation from the נגזל since the latter receives an improved field? Is there a debate between Rashi & Tos' on this issue?
