Focusing on the first three main words of the Parsha, we learned from R Dovid Kotzker the importance of seeing avodas Hashem with a business strategy- if one deal (mitzvah) doesn’t work out, you have to try even harder for the next one. Rav Simcha Bunim explains the importance of clearing ones mind to focus exclusively on the mitzvah at hand. And the Kotzker Rebbe stressed how avodas Hashem should be Terumah- a lifting up of ones spirit, not a burden, chas veshalom.
