Masechet Ketuvot 40b: The argument that the confession פיתיתי does not generate a payment of בושת ופגם, i.e. the הוי אמינא, and the final conclusion of the Mishna that the מפתה does in fact pay the compensation monies. We will define the concept of קנס, and the rule of מודה בקס.
