One correction - According to the conclusion of the Gemara in Nazir 21b since we say מיגז גייז when a husband revokes his nezirus that was stated with "ואני" he does NOT revoke hers. The proof as we explained is from the fact the he can perform שאלה on his own nezirus that he accepted upon himself בלב [as is implicit from the מפרש].
