Masechet Ketuvot B'Iyun 29a-b: insights into Tos' regarding מחזיר גרושתו ויבמה לשוק; the Yerushalmy regarding collecting קנס from the heirs when the Father died before העמדה בדין. This will require delving into the principles of Choshen Mishpat: is there a שעבוד נכסים even in the absence of a שעבוד הגוף? We will have a long discussion about the relationship between two Halachik principles which are central to Even HaEzer and Ishut, One, אי תפיסת קידושין; and Two, ממזרות. We will analyze this relationship in the light of the well know Chakirah (methodology) סיבה או סימן? How does this Chakirah apply in the case of אלמנה לכהן גדול? For this we will need to study a world class Sugya in Temura: אי עביד לא מהני.
