The debate between the Shach and the Nesivos regarding the possibility of the יחיד מומחה validating the testimony of two witnesses according to the Rambam. This will impact on the debate between Rav Saadya Gaon and the Ramban regarding a נפשות case. Must the witnesses testify in front of 23 Judges or are three sufficient?
