Contemporary Halacha for Pesach: His chometz is in one part of the world, he's in another. Does the איסור חמץ depent upon the location of the Chometz, or upon the location of the owner? We will begin our study with the Shulchan Aruch Orech Chaim siman # 443. The responsa of the Oneg Yom Tov, the Mikraei Kodesh, the Igros Moshe and others will be crucial.
