      The teshuva [mentioned by R' W'] there is not about a Rosh Yeshiva who was נכשל with an אשת איש. The person is called by Rav Weiss "אברך" with the title 'ר and he was נכשל in "נגיעה" with a number of women. See סימן ע"ט.
