      <p>R' Rakefet compared hatikva to מה טובו אהליך יעקב that Bilaam said.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We don't say מה טובו because Bilaam said it. We say it because it is in the Torah. Hatikvah is not. A spurious comparison.&nbsp;</p>
