Description

This shiur discusses two theories regarding applications of forces such as electricity in Halcha: Grama and Esho Mishum Hitzav. Grama theory is a machlokes whether Shabbat is defined in terms of the maseh or the result. Esho Mishum Hitzaav is a machlokes whether the force is an extention of the persons actions or a local din that is limited to nizikin. The shiur concludes with an analysis of the Rambam's opinion regrding these issues.
