We started looking at the third option for what the צד השוה of the משנה is including: the case of פותקין ביבותיהן and גורפין מערותיהן. We also discussed what the מחייב would be by such cases, where you have רשות to place the תקלה, but have to be משלם for any היזק nevertheless.
