Masechet Megilla 3a-b & 7a: Talmud Torah & Kavod HaTorah vs. Megilla B'Tzibur; defining the mitzva of משלח מנות. In the last part of the shiur we will study the Pachad Yitzchok on Galut of the four Kingships and of Mitzrayim, and the opposition to Israel of Amalek and the Seven Nations.
