To clarify the principal that answers all of the questions: For a Ben Noah there must be dinim. This can be accomplished when he is judged both according to Jewish or Non-Jewish law. That fulfills the mitzva of Dinim. In addition, the chiyuv or ptur on the GAVRA is fulfilled when he is judged according to dinei Bnei Noach [and not dinei Yisrael]. A Jew has ONLY dinei Yisrael.
