Can one have a break between his Birkas Hatorah and his learning? If one learned in the morning and didn't learn again until evening is he required to repeat the Bracha? Discussing the concept of Hefsek in Birkas Hatorah and the use of the second bracha of Shema in excahnge to Birkas Hatoah.
