Masechet Zevachim B'Iyun: 8b-9a: מחשבין מעבודה לעבודה בשינוי קודש. At the moment of שחיטה the Kohen declared his intention to perform the זריקה שלא לשמה. This becomes the subject of a controversy between R' Yochanan & Reish Lakish: is there פיגול in this case? We seek to analyze the comparison of R' Yochanan to the case of מחשבת פיגול בשעת שחיטה על מנת לזרוק את הדם או להקטיר את האימורין למחר. I.e. with a מחשבת חוץ לזמנה.
