After a short review of the sugya of פיגול בקטרת that we studied on 42b, we begin our Daf for today with the MIshna of קרבן עכו"ם, i.e. a Korban that was consecrated by a non-Jew. Does this korban have the identical status of a korban of a Jew? For example, is there פיגול on קדשי עכו"ם? is this korban included in the Issur מעילה? We will seek to deternmine the source for the statement of R' Shimon that in קדשי עכו"ם the is no איסור חוץ.
