Description

An analysis of R' Eliezer's distinction between the מחשבת פיגול and the חלות פיגול. Whereas the former will only apply to the גוף הזבח, the latter is חל on the entire קרבן even on the part which is אינו עומד לאכילת אדם, like the שליל.
