Description

Masechet Zevachim B'Iyun 2b: Understanding Tos' regarding the status of חרש שוטה וקטן for שחיטת קדשים and other עבודות. Do we need a ילפותא to exclude these? Or is there a סברא to establish that a קטן is not included in the category of סתמא לשמן? Can the קטן be considered aware of the fact that he is slaughtering Kodshim. Perhaps the קטן is considered a מתעסק which makes him worse than סתמא. We will study the insights of the Achiezer (Reb Chaim Ozer) & Chazon Ish to differentiate between between שחיטה and the other עבודות.
