Masechet Zevachim 2a & 41b: Defining לשמה in גט ספר תורה קדשים ותרומה. The main issue is: do we require דיבור, or is מחשבה sufficient? We will discuss the מחשבת פיגול and does this generate פיגול if he thought at the beginning of the עבודה but not at its end? Why doesn't פיגול fit the description of בדיבורא קעביד מעשה and generate Malkot like the Lav of Temurah? Three answers of Reb Chaim.
