Description

Derech HaLimud: Suspension or Negation. After completing our study of the כף הדמיון with an analysis of מלאכת הוצאה, we will present a new חקירה - a new structure - that is relevant to many sugyos. We will begin with the sugya in Yevamos regarding Rabbinic authority to "contradict" a Torah obligation בשב ואל תעשה. We will study the insights of Reb Elchonon to this sugya. Finnaly we will begin our discussion of תשלומין with regard to Tefilla in the case of one who was אנוס and could not daven.
