Masechet & Hilchot Shabbat 123a: moving the grinder with the garlic inside, the debate between the חכם and the Ba'al HaMaor. This is the sugya of ככר או תינוק, which allows one to move a כלי שמלאכתו לאיסור. However the Gemara only allows this Heter in the case of a מת. How then does it apply to the case of the grinder? One view would argue that the garlic is like cooked food in a pot; as long as the food is in the pot we define the pot as a כלי שמלאכתו להיתר.
