Masechet & Hilchot Shabbat 46b & Muktza for animals acc to Rebby Shimon in the case of a first born, a בכור which has a blemish. We are discussing Yom Tov and the possibility of שחיטה if the Chacham will investigate the blemish and determine that it is - in fact - a מום קבוע. In the latter part of the shiur we will study three categories of Muktza מחמת איסור.
