We continue our examination of Eisav and his historical manifestation in the kingdom of Edom. First we discuss the inverse relationship between Yaakov and Eisav. Why is it that when one is up the other one has to be down on the stage of history? We also examine Eisav's anger and jealousy and his inclination towards murder, some of the prominent negative expressions of the extremes of gevurah. Finally, we conclude by exploring at the union between Eisav and Yishmael in this Parsha that plants the seeds for the joining together of Edom and Benei Yishmael against Klal Yisrael at the End of Days.
