Masechet & Hilchot Shabbat 44a: Intro to Muktza Part II, and a study of the sugya of Rebby Shimon דלית ליה מוקצה. Our goal is to analyze the Halachik concept of "the absence of הכנה" as an Issur דאורייתא. This will be based largely on Rashi in Masechet Beitza.
