Masechet & Hilchot Shabbat 43a: Moving a utensil which became a בסיס during Shabos. According to the opinion that an object can become Muktza on Shabos, does that completely nullify the הכנה and engender an איסור טלטול? Or is the הכנה nullified only as far as the Issur Achila is concerned, but טלטול remains permissible by virtue of the original הכנה?
