Masechet & Hilchot Shabbat 73b and Bava Kamma 2b: The relationship between אבות and תולדות, re: התראה וחילוקי חטאות. Does the תולדה need a התראה בשם האב? Or is it sufficient to mention the Tolda itself? Why is a תולדה בשם האב valid even if we define the Issur by the Tolda?
