Masechet & Hilchot Shabbat 4a: When is the מלאכת אפיה complete? In this shiur we will analyze the view of the Yerushalmi as it is presented by the חלקת יואב, according to which the actual baking took place after Shabbat and yet this constitutes a full violation of מלאכת אפייה. Although the אבני נזר denies such a possibility (admitting that in מלאכת זריעה the fruition of the Melacha can be reached after Shabbat) there is a logical basis for this Yerushalmi and even a source for it in the Bavli. The latter may be found in a sugya in Menachot with regard to the violation of the לאו of fermenting a dough.
