Masechet & Hilchot Shabbat 39a: Rashi's explanation for the Heter of solar heating בישול בחמה. Why didn't Rashi simply apply the universal rule that חמה is not Bishul? Why was Rashi compelled to introduce a concept of דרך בישול to justify this Halacha?
