Masechet & Hilchot Shabbat 38b & 40a: two Issurim of enjoying hot water on Shabbat & do these overlap? One is the Issur of מעשה שבת that applies whenever an Issur Bishul was violated. Two is the separate Issur instituted by the Rabanan is the wake of some illegal activity on the part of the bathhouse attendants. Does the latter Issur add anything to the former?
