Description
After the description of the seven days of creation, the Torah tells us the story of Gan Eden, including the sin of Adam and Chava. Two questions immediately arise: Why isn't this story included in the original description of the sixth day of Creation and why are so many details dramatically different? By comparing and contrasting these two presentations of the sixth day of Creation, we come to see the depth of what emerges from this story and the critical impact it plays in setting up humanity to leave Gan Eden and begin the process of history.
