Description

For Masechet Sanhedrin 69a-70a, the sugya of Ben Sorer U'Moreh: Can a child father a child and if so at what age? Once the son reaches that age he is ראוי להיות אב and is no longer considered a son, but rather he is an איש and cannot be prosecuted as a Ben Sorer. We will establish that the period within which a boy can become a Ben Sore is only the three months following his Bar Mitzva.
